When will my order be delivered?

Most of the time your order will be delivered on time as we stick to the delivery time and we strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction. You will receive the status of the order via email. Also, you can track your order on the Track Order page.

Do you provide same-day delivery?

Yes, we do provide same-day delivery and we can deliver within 60 minutes.

Do you provide midnight delivery?

Yes, we do midnight delivery for the birthday and anniversary celebrations to bring the surprise to make the receiver excited, elated, and appreciated.

Do you do Dubai delivery?

Yes, we do deliver in Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah on the same day and at midnight.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, for orders above 200aed inside the Abu Dhabi city area the orders are of free delivery charge. But the remaining orders will have a delivery charge according to the delivery location.

Do you offer shop pickup?

Yes, you can place the order online as shop pickup and select the branch near you. Both shop pickup and kerbside pickup are available at your convenience.

How to order flowers and pay if I am outside the UAE?

Even if you are outside UAE, you can still order flowers and pay using our 100% secure payment system from anywhere in the world. There are multiple payment options including Visa/MasterCard payments, Samsung Pay, Union Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal, and also you can do a direct bank transfer to the account.

How much time would it take to deliver my flowers?

It would take around 60 minutes to deliver flowers. You can choose the time for delivery while placing the order online. Delivery is available anytime till 12 midnight.

Will the receiver get the product as displayed?

All our flower arrangements displayed on the website are carefully designed and arranged by our own florists at Choice Flower shops in UAE. We will be sending you the photo of the flower arrangement before going for the delivery to get approval from the sender.

How long do the flowers last?

We bring fresh flowers imported from Holland. We keep it in refrigerated facilities and deliver it to you in refrigerated vans. So, you will be receiving the flowers with freshness guaranteed. After you received the flowers, their freshness depends on two things – the flower itself and the care you give. Fresh cut flowers’ longevity varies among flowers. So hydrangea has very less longevity of about 1 day to a maximum of 2 days. Chrysanthemums, Orchids, and lilies last longer than a week.

Yes, Choice Flowers can help you to send flowers to someone without telling them who send the flowers. We can get the address from the receiver without telling them about flowers or sender details.

What if I want to customize my product?

If you want any customization like changing the color of the flower, vase, wrapping, or ribbon, you can write it in the customer note section.
