These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed on this website (www.choiceflowersuae.com). By placing an order and accepting the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, you agree to be bound by these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced on the Site.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UAE law.

1) Delivery Coverage and Use Outside the UAE

1.1 Delivery within the UAE

Unless otherwise stated, products sold through this Site are intended for delivery within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.

1.2 Accessing the Site from outside the UAE

If you access this Site from outside the UAE, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws where applicable. Accessing the Site from outside the UAE does not mean we deliver outside the UAE.

2) Eligibility

We sell products to adults only. If you are under 18, you may use this Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3) Product Presentation, Colours, and Variations

We make every effort to display product colours, specifications, and dimensions as accurately as possible. However:

  • Display colours may vary by device and screen settings.

  • As flower arrangements are handcrafted, minor variations may occur.

  • Bouquet contents may vary due to seasonal availability while maintaining the intended overall quality and value.

4) Availability and Substitution

All products are subject to availability.

If an item (or a specific flower/component) is unavailable, we may:

  1. Offer an alternative product of equivalent quality and price, or

  2. Remove the unavailable item and refund the amount paid for that item, or

  3. If we cannot reach you using the contact details provided, proceed with the remaining available items and refund the unavailable portion.

We aim to maintain the overall look and quality of the arrangement when substitutions are necessary.

5) Accounts and Customer Information

If you register an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete details when placing an order, including recipient details. We may refuse access, terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

6) Order Process and Contract Formation

Placing an order on our Site is an offer by you to purchase items.
We acknowledge receipt by sending an order confirmation email.

Payment authorization or successful payment does not, by itself, mean we have accepted your order. Acceptance occurs when we begin processing/dispatching the order.

7) Pricing

All prices are in AED (Dirhams) unless stated otherwise. We try to ensure prices are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you and you may choose to:

  • Confirm the order at the corrected price, or

  • Cancel the order.

If we cannot contact you, the incorrectly priced item may be treated as cancelled and refunded.

8) Payments

You may pay online through secure payment methods available at checkout. We may also accept payment by phone where applicable.

Important: Do not send payment details by email. We cannot guarantee the security of data sent via email.

Card authorization may be requested at the time of order. Authorization or payment receipt does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

9) Delivery

9.1 Delivery attempts

Delivery occurs when items are delivered to the address provided at checkout. At that point, responsibility for loss, breakage, or damage passes to the recipient/customer.

9.2 Recipient availability and address accuracy

You are responsible for providing correct recipient details, including address and phone number. If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • incorrect/incomplete address,

  • recipient unavailable,

  • recipient refusing delivery,
    we may not be able to issue a refund and re-delivery may require additional charges.

9.3 Delivery timing

We make every effort to dispatch and deliver on time. However, delivery timing may be affected by operational constraints, traffic, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.

If we are unable to deliver on the chosen date due to reasons within our control, you may be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund for undelivered items.

9.4 Proof of delivery

Where applicable, a signature or confirmation may be requested upon delivery. If you discover a missing or broken item upon opening the package, contact us immediately and our team will assist.

10) Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, contact customer support as soon as possible. Because flowers are perishable and orders are processed quickly, cancellations may not always be possible once preparation or dispatch has started.

If an order has already been dispatched, cancellations may be restricted and refunds may be limited due to the nature of perishable goods.

11) Incorrect Items, Damaged Items, and Returns

11.1 Incorrect items

If we deliver an incorrect item, notify Customer Support as soon as possible. We will arrange pickup/redelivery where applicable.

11.2 Returns and refunds

A refund may be requested if an item has not been shipped.

If an item has been shipped:

  • Refunds, where applicable, may exclude delivery and wrapping costs.

  • To protect freshness and quality, flowers cannot be returned for a refund once delivered.

Exchanges may be considered depending on the case and the condition of the item.

12) Limitation of Liability

We are responsible for direct losses caused by our breach where those losses were reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was formed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including business loss or loss of profits.

Our liability under these Terms will not exceed the total price paid for the items purchased. Nothing limits liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform where caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (including events such as severe weather, road closures, system outages, or other disruptions).

13) Website Changes and Updates to Terms

We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. The terms in force at the time you place an order will apply to that order, unless changes are required by law.

14) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
